One-on-One.

Work with me in a 1:1 way to explore either your personality type or Strengths. Individual feedback sessions include a 1 hour interpretation session and a 1 hour coaching session. These sessions are designed to enhance your awareness of yourself through the official and validated versions of two popular leader development tools available.

Team Sessions.

Interactive facilitated sessions for teams or groups are available and can be used using either tool. Whether it be a newer team that is learning about one another or a well-formed intact team, I can work with you and your team to develop customized workshops and retreats based on your current needs.
